This is a stone arch on the border of Scranton and Dunmore, not far from Nay Aug Park. The swans swan out just as I was about to take the pictures. Best I could tell, the Erie ran over the top of the stone arch.
The yard next to the creek had a little shelter for the swans to stay in.
The date of the original entry is August 23, 2005, but the photos were taken in the winter. In fact in the summer you can not see this stone arch because the trees cover it.
Up on the hill above this is the former Erie Shops, which now houses DeNaples Auto Parts.
