PBNE Philadelphia, Bethlehem and New England Bridge and Floodlight Tower, near Hellertown, PA. Maybe this is actually still Bethelehem, but it is Hellertown Road.
This bridge still has signage from the Bethlehem Steel Plant Railroad on it. There is another Intermodal Facility nearby as well and many warehouses and distribution centers.
The I-78 interchange is close by.
From the park that I stopped at, the floodlight tower from the yard is visible.
