Concrete Arches Can Not Be Used
It was planned to work the concrete arches into the design of the new bridge. However, the concrete arches were too badly deteriorated to be saved.
The arches were going to be just a cosmetic or decorative feature of the bridge.
The new bridge will be just a deck bridge construction.
