Some work going on at the Wilkes-Barre Connecting RR Bridge ... aka "The Gauntlet".
A wooden scaffolding goes out to some metal flooring. A guy wire runs along it. I was getting dizzy just looking at that.
Looks like some welding equpment on a pier. I bet the last time this was painted was in the 1920s.
