This was the old DL&W Hanover and Newport Branch Trestle across the Susquehanna River. The Bridge connected into the Bloomsburg line and Plymouth Junction, in the Plymouth Flats.
This is now mostly farmland.
From Plymouth Junction it diverged to serve the Loomis, Tuesdale, Achincloss and Bliss Colliiery. These photos were from the early 2000's, shortly before demolition for flood control purposes was announced.
