Mid 1990 shots of a building that was Davis American Cycle. It was located on the other side of the Jamesway (formerly Waynes) shopping center on the top of Taylor Hill. I do not think the builing is there anymore. It has those old style air vents on the top. It looks like it was a mine shop building.
