Area of Kennedy Blvd By Fireman's Memorial Still Smells Like Oil.  

Drove by Kennedy Blvd by the Susquehanna River ... and it still smells like oil.   

The smell is coming from the area of the Bulter Mine Tunnel Outfall.     

After all these years, there is still a strong smell coming from it.
