A Northbound trains passes the former D&H yard at Hudson, PA.

The first 2 shots show the train passing the site of the old crossing tower. Not much is left of the yard today. Only 2 sidings and a thru track.

Today, much of the former Hudson Yard is covered by trees. Short scrubby Black Locusts, White Birch and some Willow and Maple.

Tidbit :

In the DL&W Scranton Station, 
now the Radisson,there are about
20 ceramic tile work mosaics around 
the main concourse of the building. 
The tile work pictures were supposed to
represent locations on the railroad.
