A Northbound trains passes the former D&H yard at Hudson, PA. Today, much of the former Hudson Yard is covered by trees. Short scrubby Black Locusts, White Birch and some Willow and Maple.
The first 2 shots show the train passing the site of the old crossing tower. Not much is left of the yard today. Only 2 sidings and a thru track.
It is hard to believe that this was once a busy yard, with trains moving in all directions.
