Last Year had more stuff ...
Last year had more stuff, but they still managed to get some good visiting rolling stock for display.
Good to Cooperate ...
More people turned out because they partnered with La Festa Italiana. The good weather and lack of construction on Courthouse square made for a good weekend.
In years past people going to Railfest had no idea the largest Italian festival on the East Coast was going on 3 blocks away, even though the downtown was plastered with signs and banners everywere.
People going to La Festa also missed Railfest. Some combined marketing and shuttle buses between the two events were a great idea.
The F3 locos from Jim Thorpe were there too.
The CP widecabs were on display as well.
This was a great weekend of Railroading and Italian Food.
