Stewartstown No. 11 in Pittston Junction ?

This looks like the old Stewartstown No. 11 (from Jim Thorpe) sitting on the old Lehigh Valley tracks in the Pittston Junction. 

Here is the unit in Jim Thorpe in 2000, 12 years ago.    Looks like the 11 is the same font on both pictures of this unit.   Some of the markings seem to be painted over.
