On the way to Steamtown, there is a Road Guard or Guard Rail, what ever you want to call it by the railroad crossing.  There used to be an metal cabin for the crossing equipment at one time, but it has been removed. 

Just three rails in the ground and one across all of them. A little black and white paint and it is down.

Looks like this was to prevent traffic from trying to cross the tracks at this point.
