LVAL 901, the unit painted in O&W colors, is running high hood forward back to Pittston Yard.
LVAL 901 was like my favorite unit back in the day, sporting the classic O&W colors. I even have a postcard of it somewhere, when it was just out of the paint shop. Another time I caught it in Carbondale, but I did not have a camera.
At least it had bright colors on it so it is able to be seen at railroad crossings.
