High up on the Wilkes-Barre connecting RR Bridge there is a builders plate. Noticed it the other day, but it was too overcast and the pictures did not turn out.
Plate reads : Built by the Pensylvannia Steel Company, Steelton, PA 1918. The plate is riveted to the girder.
