Another Rock Island Trailer !!! Parked behind McCarthys Tire in Kingston, PA is another Rock Island Trailer. After all these years there is still some Rock Island stuff floating around. The trailer is lettered property of Richmond Fredricksburg and Potomac RR. The trailer bears the SCAC code of PVTZ. A SCAC code is like a reporting mark used by trucking companies. I can not look it up because you have to buy a book from the Natl Motor Freight Association.
