I was riding my mountain bike in Hudson. I stopped to rest in the shade and started looking up at the old flood light tower in the old Hudson Yard.
I thought - wow what a good railfan obervation post. You could see the tracks from up there.
(Just kidding - it would be too dangerous to climb and too far from the main line.)
I would not want to be the guy that had to change those light bulbs.
