These Fruit Growers Express Refer Cars have been repainted a light blue. Kind of reminds me of the Rock Island. This is along North Pennslvania Avenue in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
The cars were similar to the ones that were at "The Station" in Wilkes-Barre.
One would assume the cars were used for storage. They have been there since the mid 1980s.
