At one time on Oak Street in Hudson there was a railroad crossing with 13 tracks and a crossing tower The foundation of the crossing tower was my train watching spot in the 80s. This was sort of like the middle of Hudson yard at one time. Imagine that, 13 tracks That was a big railroad crossing, in the late 70s, early 80s, one track crossed the street. Yes, at one time the area that the Polish Amercian Vets is on now was all railroad tracks There was also a Floodlight tower by Oak Street too. Another one was by the Yard Office and is still there. The other one was by the crossing on Miller street, commoly know and Slaba Hill. This crossing tower along Wyoming Avenue in Scraton is kind of like the one in Hudson. But the one in Hudson was taller and thiner and i think it was pea green
