According to local news outlets, the culm dump is Hughestown. The person that owned the land passed away and the son is in control of it now. The articles said the culm material will be removed by truck and rail. It will be burned at powerplants.
If I recall correctly, the Pensy Coal Coal Company orginally owned the breaker there. I wonder who will get the rail traffic, the R&N or the LS ??? This could make for some interesting trains.
