Holy Trinity Gym Ceiling
Visited Holy Trinity in Swoyersville for a recent bazaar. My nephew and I were in the Gym eating. They had tables set up for the people to sit down. He said look at the roof. I explained that was an old tin ceiling - all the bars, taverns and hotels had them and schools and some churches had them too.
I actually played basketball here in the old West Side Leauge back in the day. I mostly sat on the bench.
