The old Hitchner Biscuit Factory in West Pittston had be refurbished into apartments. From what I can see from the outside, it looks nice. I believe this was an online industry to the DL&W Bloomsburg Line, I forget if there was a siding there ... I would have to find some of the older pictures I took of this to see.
The advertising and signage has been repainted on the sides of the building and it looks sharp. The bricks have been cleaned up on the outside too.
Instead of a vacant building, you now have apartments.
