Here are shots of the Greater Hazleton Rail To Trail.  If they did not make this into a trail ... it would just wind up a dumping ground

  • Trail was a railroad branch that served mines. 
  • Not sure what railroad it was, but it was probably the Lehigh Valley Railroad.
  • Trail is at elevation of 1700 feet below Sea Level, it is this top of the mountain. 
  • Trail passes Dreck Creek dam.
