Here we have the beginning of construction on the new Intermodal Center in Scranton. A person commented in a newspaper that they are just moving the Bus Station across the street, displacing all the people who park there and oh yeah, if they ever get the trains it can go on that one track.
Somehow I don;t think backing a train off of Bridge 60 to that little track is going be efficient.
