Some of the Old Regine\'s equipment at Breck Street in South Scranton. Before the Delaware-Lackawanna, the Lackawanna Valley Railroad or LVAL operated trackage in the Scranton area. U-boat #901 in an O&W inspired scheme was the main locomotive it those years.
