Looks like the Luzerne-Susquehanna Railroad is preparing to do some trackwork. Bundles of ties have been dropped along the line in Plains Twp, near the Waterfront Complex. They probably got a State grant to do this. Some companies, like Millazo Industries and Air Products can not survive without the railroad.
This is the site of the old Laurel Line Prospect Viaduct.
