Almost all of the trackage of the Luzerne and Susquehanna would be considered rusty rail. But it probably does not matter. The line is so small there are no Block signals on it.
There are only a handful of crossings that have signals on it too. I think the Cross Valley by the Brewery, River Street Plains, Butler Street Wilkes-Barre and maybe down by Hazle street are the only places with crossing signals.
Most of the places just have crossbucks marking them.
